Contra

Contra (1988) for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) is an iconic, high-difficulty run-and-gun shooter developed by Konami. Players control commandos Bill Rizer or Lance Bean, fighting through intense side-scrolling, 3D-style stages to stop the Red Falcon alien organization. It is famous for its 2-player co-op, intense action, and the "Contra Code" (30 lives).
